PROJECT OVERVIEW
Salt Lake City is continuing its efforts to improve roads and multimodal transportation in Sugar House and the surrounding area. As part of this effort, the City completed an environmental study to evaluate concept design options and select improvements for 1300 East between 2100 South and 3300 South.
As Salt Lake City grows, the City is preparing for better ways to get around by improving existing roads and creating safer opportunities for bicyclists and pedestrians.
The environmental study built upon previous transportation efforts in the area, including Local Link, and incorporated recommendations for the road into the final design.
The project is under design now, and improvements are planned to be constructed in 2024.
The City values public input and wants the community to provide feedback! Sign up here to be notified of public input opportunities.
